Is Going Green The Answer For Earth’s Health?
Is it true that our planet is doomed? Who do we believe when we are told that the very things that are vital for life are becoming spent? For the world to endure, do we all need to embrace an earth friendly way of living? If we take care ourselves naturally, can this help at a time when healthcare is expensive? It is time for the children of the world to be knowledgeable in earth friendly ways of protecting the earth.
Gardens are part of our heritage and it once was usual to grow foods to eat. The enjoyment of the garden, watching it bloom and growing fruits and vegetables is something numerous children do not experience. How many youngsters even understand that a green plant takes carbon dioxide out of the air and produces oxygen? Nourishment, fresh air and drinking pure water all can lead to a healthy body. If the world is to endure, we may have to retturn to greener ways of living.
We live in a world of conveniences and instant change but is there a cost to be paid for this. People are able to live more years, but are they living better? New health worries grow from modern living even if other conditions have been wiped out. A healthy planet and better way of living could be the consequence of a greener way of living. The advantages of going green needs to be taught to our children.
Wind power and solar power can replace our heavy dependence on coal and oil, and go a long way towards cleaning up the polluted atmosphere. We tend to react to a problem after it has become too serious to solve. Do we really want to wreck the earth? To see the earth become completely adulterated seems to make no sense. At what point is the air too contaminated, and the water overly contaminated, and the food sources too adulterated that things cannot be swung around.
We may need to return to a time when we are not gauged by what we have and more by the sort of human being we are. The welfare of an individual must be supreme rather than any monetary gain through someone being in poor health. We can all help by discerning what the world needs to better the lives of its inhabitants.
If we realize that it is not merely about money, we can begin to make changes such as using wind and solar power instead of oil. How we teach our kids may set the way they live to become more healthy and grow up to a greener way of life. If we truly care about the type of world our children will inherit, we must take action at once and make the changes that are necessary. We all are answerable, so the shift to a greener way of living must begin now.
